One study measured the effect of krill oil on pain, flexibilityand stiffness in joints. The results concluded that the krill oil in Northern Light Krill- & Fish Oil can reduce the symptoms of arthrosis by as much as 30 % in 30 days. The results were remarkable and showed positive results in the areas of pain, stiffness and physical condition after only 30 days’ use.
